Hi
In Order to Make a interesting and more concurrated server, we decide change server from low Rates to High Rates.

Changes:

-Exp Rates:
10x to 150x

-Drop Rates:
10x to 50x

Kinah Rates:
10x to 100x

Abyss PvE:
3x to 10x

Abyss PvP:
3x to 5x

Adds:
-Auto learn Skill/Stigmas
-Quest Fix's
